We are living in a world where every one is busy with performing and discharging his or her responsibilities and duties with respect of time limit and time duration.  While time can not wait for human negligence and type one or type two error. Because policies, strategies and future missions,future visions and future objective are bond with respect to "time limitations", so only in time ,with time and on time decisions can bring happiness, prosperity and agility in individuals life circulation. Human life strictly bonding with time but its it is not mean to scarification of others human life depending on short duration and short limitations of Tims. Full duration of time is fundamental right of every individual and every one should be responsible to catch every instant of time with entire agility,with active wisdom and with responsibility. Please pause with me for a while and think about a " systems "whether these systems are " man made,as systems develop for handling internal or external forces and other systems as nature provide us for our life making easier and these  systems are blessing of Almighty Allah. But some time our habits,our nature and thinking produce dirt for these systems. Yes here we shall try to measure the length of these variables with the help of some example s and here also try to accept our responsibilities and our negligibility as we are "senseless", " as we are ignorant "," as we are proudly ", " as we are irresponsible ". Here one important thing for remembering is" system life is limited life " and when system complete his life then collapse on foundation ground and in this way many people live deteriorate. So measurement of "system life is must" otherwise collapsing system can disturb ecosystem. Secondly systems are run and operate by individuals, authorities and top level management so systems are not root but management authorities competencies and abilities provide feeding to the roots of system. Here our main focus should be on "individuals lives+time duration+ fair trial+ Fair and correct brainstorming" , as the basic and fundamental right of every one.

Please,please touch here further for a while and think about a court,crimes dealing court,family case dealing court or a civil cases dealing court. If a presiding officer,honourable judge ignore the "root case analysis", and fair trial with respect to time durations then the results can appear as minister of/for accuses or culprits. But judiciary systems not provide enough time periods to/for hearing the parties cross question so type one error or type two errors cause disturbances in individuals lives.

Although some effective and very active forces are acting on every society of the world and these forces are technological forces,political forces,law forces,economical forces and natural forces. Always remember, all of them " law forces are powerful forces with authorities, with seniorities and with all acts and actions. If law forces are not up-to-date as the demands of time and age, then

Whole nation or society bear the bourdon of these forces and these forces can bring deterioration for entire society. So national laws should be/must be up-to-date. An other important point is human made "laws are not free from errors so religious laws are Paramount and acceptable by evey one who one believe on that religious.

Please think about a court room where some one presiding officer offer short duration of time to accuse then there is no " real justice ", because time duration measure the real boundary on the ground of evidences+proofs facility and if these two factors are incomplete or one sided then there must be " errors " and these errors can destroy the accuse life. So life of individual is more precious then the cost of time durations because only one second of individual live can't be convert back  in to his or her life. Yes in very easy words "human life is unconvertible,and no body can being back happiness of individual life charming moments.

Please don't play with individual life and individual life like a presiding officer life,like a top level judiciary manager,like a individuals related matters of life. So please be careful during trial of some kind of case or suit. Natural eyes,natural cameras and natural laws are monitoring every one activities and every one actions and reactions. So please be careful about yourself, about others and about environmental actions.

Please if you are law acting authority then brainstorm about the rights of human being, individuals lives and also about the value and cost of other people who are ,like you, the member of society.

Please if you are monitoring authorities of law forces in a society, of a nation then your first and foremost responsibility is to donate suitable limit of time period for hearing the parties dispute, after hearing the dispute then framing of charge is very strict and difficult point for every one decision maker,here decision marker word is I think is incorrect because " decisions making process or choose for alternative ",is own on time choice but " what country or national law",describe is neural networking for a presiding in charge. Here own like and dislike are valueless with respect with system and with the clarity of points of acting law. 

Please study the ex law case,there are half then more contrary with each others,why only , " may be", like and dislike surrounded the entire trial and some of them are based at alder laws indications. So citation of old "case law is valueless until recent" conditions and situations ", are not properly relevant to the dispute reality.

So it is demand of modern time and age to introduce and practices new terms in law courses such as " root cause analysis ", " Introduction of 'SWOT' analysis and some others best human life related "analyzing techniques", for easing the fair trial circulation in law enforcing premising.

In law acting authorities the health factor is very important. Although health factor is essential in every department of organizations but in judiciary " safe and sound ", health is must as whether" eleven systems in human", body are balance and correlating properly with each other.
